Villa Anima is situated in the small idyllic village of Kaštelir-Labinci, only 10 km from Poreč and the sea. The very typical Istrian stone house has on the ground floor a spacious living room and an open kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor. The two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor.
From the living room you have a direct access to the garden with pool and outside grill.
Enjoy the tranquillity of the tranquil place and the fertile nature, which you can explore very well by bike or on foot.

Schöne Herbsttage in Labinci

Vom Einchecken bis zur Abreise - Angelina ist sehr freundlich und bei allen Anliegen gleich zur Stelle. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und alles in gutem, gepflegtem Zustand. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Hauptstraße daneben.

Fantastic villa

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. The villa was very clean and comfortable with a gorgeous pool. The owner was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. The area is beautiful and very close to Novigrad, Porec and Motovun, which are all delightful to visit. This was our first visit to Croatia and we loved it. It’s very clean, safe and friendly and very beautiful.
