Villa Anima in Kastelir

Villa Anima is a newly built stone house with pool, near Porec, in a village called Labinci. The house is located in a fully enclosed, fenced with the wall plot of 800 m2 It consists of two floors. The ground floor has a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A wooden staircase connecting the ground floor to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a balcony with seating garniture. From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding olive groves. From the living room goes to a patio and a well-kept garden where is a pool of 20 m2 . The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, satellite TV and Internet. Pets are welcome.
