Privacy and tranquility above all. Beautiful environment.

Pros: Easy access to many town routes. The huge garden with a nice pool. Allowing pets is VERY appreciated! Cons: Nothing that would alter our stay. Highly recommended!

Mooi huis, alles wat je nodig hebt.

Pros: De vrijheid, rust, je kon vanaf de veranda de zee horen en genieten van de zon' opkomst. Cons: In de omschrijving staat barrière vrij, mijn man zit in een rolstoel, kan slecht lopen. Het eerste wat je tegenkomt is 3 treden. We hebben het gered, maar is wel de moeite waard om dit te beschrijven.

Villa ideal en muy buena ubicación

Pros: Hemos estado muy bien. Las imágenes se ajustan a la realidad. La casa está muy bien y justo al lado de la cala. con respecto al centro de la ciudad, está como a unos 6 min en coche. El jardin es muy amplio y está muy bien cuidado. ¡Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas! Cons: Las sábanas eran insuficentes. Hacía mucho calor. Hay ventiladores pero se deberían dejar más, cuesta dormir por las noches. Por otro lado, estuvimos 2 semanas. Nos hubiera gustado que se hubiera limpiado la piscina al menos una vez por semana.

Net zwembad en 2 x per week komt er iemand om het bad te reinigen en te onderhouden Wel gladde trap in het zwembad. Tuin is volledig omheind en van de weg aan de voorkant geen last.Vlak bij Zee gelegen Garage ook handig om je spullen in op te bergen. woning is schoon en keurig modern ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Bedden grote slaapkamer erg goed kleine slaapkamer was de matras vrij slap. Grote keuken alles aanwezig wel een kleine vrieskast. Wifi werkt goed als je buiten zit op de veranda binnen is de ontvangst erg slecht. Wij waren zeer tevreden en hebben voor 2017 al weer geboekt.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren nach Vinaros und kennen den Ort, als auch die Umgebung. Ausflüge nach P

Pros: Wir kommen schon seit Jahren nach Vinaros und kennen den Ort, als auch die Umgebung. Ausflüge nach Peniscola, Morella, Valencia stehen immer auf unseren Ausflugszielen. Wir lieben das gute Klima und die Temperaturen, so dass wir uns gut erholen können. Wir haben das Ferienhaus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Es ist mit einer modernen Küche ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch die Schlafzimmerschränke haben ausreichend Stauraum. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer ebenerdigen großen Dusche ausgestattet. Auch die überdachte Terrasse ist bei Regen nutzbar. Das Gelände als auch der Pool sind sehr groß. Bis zum Strand, den man gut zu Fuß erreicht, sind es auch nur wenige Meter. Eine bequeme Sache ist auch das elektrische Zufahrtstor. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Pros: Ons verblijf in de villa was van 27/12/2018 tot 30/03/2019. De tuin is op het zuiden zodat je volop kunt genieten van de zon in de ommuurde tuin. Wij waren met eigen vervoer zodat we de omgeving goed konden verkennen, echt een aanrader. Fietsen in de omgeving gaat uitstekend. De VVV heeft voldoende info over fietsroutes in de regio. In deze periode is verwarming avonds noodzakelijk, villa heeft een cv installatie. Energie kosten is Spanje zijn hoog. Villa beschikt over een moderne tv voor NL zenders is een eigen schotel en ontvanger van canal digitaal nodig. De verhuurder gaf alle info die benodigd is voor een aangenaam verblijf in de villa. Pros: Wir haben in Vinaros einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und ausstattungsmässig fehlte nichts. 3s war schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und von der Strasse, die vor dem Haus entlang führt, hörten wir nicht allzuviel. Besonders haben wir den großen Garten mit Pool genossen. Da er komplett eingezäunt ist, hat sich unsere Hündin auch sehr wohlgefühlt und ihre Freiheit genossen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut. Er hat uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben und uns auch eine Mappe mit vielen Informationen (Ärzte, Restaurants, Ausflugstipps usw.) zusammengestellt. Wir haben und insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen.

Très agréable séjour

Située à quelques mètres d'une crique aux eaux limpides, cette location est très agréable et est parfaitement adaptée pour les familles qui disposent d'un animal de compagnie. La présence d'une piscine est également appréciable et le parc est très beau. Environnement un peu bruyant la nuit quand on dors vitres ouvertes (chiens, perroquet du voisinage) mais rien de grave à côté du côté reposant de l'endroit.
