The approximately 50-square-meter 2-room lake-view comfort apartment is located on the 3rd residential floor and features a large lake-view balcony with an awning. The spacious living area is furnished with an upholstered sofa—which converts into a sleeper sofa (sleeping area approx. 160x190 cm)—along with an armchair, coffee table, and TV. The separate built-in kitchenette includes, among other things, a grill/microwave and a dishwasher. The bedroom features two single beds and a large corner wardrobe, and there is a window. You can conveniently hang your coats in the hallway/entryway. The bathroom is bright and features modern tiling, a corner shower, and a towel warmer.
Smoking and pets are not permitted in this apartment. Please observe these rules! Use of the parking space is included. The washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.

Internet access via the Wi-Fi hotspot using your own Wi-Fi-enabled device is free of charge for the tenant. However, this does not apply to the use of paid online content.
