Large ground-floor apartment surrounded by nature (nature reserve)

Our very spacious apartment is particularly well-suited for couples, small families, or solo travellers. The bedroom features a 140-size bed and a 90-size fold-out bed (for guests of all sizes). In addition, a cot or travel cot can be provided on short notice. Please note: Since there is only one bedroom, the living room—with its two sofa beds—can accommodate larger groups, but please contact us to ensure everyone is comfortable.
Depending on the length of your stay, we can also set up proper beds for your guests in the living room.
The large dining table is perfect for social games in the evening, and the 65-inch TV lets you wind down comfortably on the couch.

A 300 Mbit connection is available for streaming or working from home, and there’s also a work area with a desk and monitor. You’ll also find a few board games for some light-hearted fun.

A walk-in shower with a toilet in the spacious bathroom, as well as a second toilet, make the bathroom area extremely comfortable.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room and also offers plenty of space.

The fact that the nature reserve—with its numerous trails suitable for both mountain biking and hiking—is just a short walk away further underscores the holiday rental’s truly excellent location.

On the other hand, you can reach city centre Aachen in under 30 minutes, even in heavy traffic. Herzogenrath-Mitte, Heerlen, and Kerkrade are also easily accessible in just a few minutes by car or bike (though it takes a bit longer by bike).

You simply feel at home here and enjoy an incredible amount of space.
Parking spaces are available in the public area next to the house.
Upon request, a designated parking spot or a garage is also available for bicycles and bike caravans you bring with you.
