Welcome to the new, exclusive “Meerestraum” holiday apartment. Completed in 2022, this beachfront penthouse apartment with a large rooftop terrace is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and well-maintained holiday complex in the Baltic Sea resort town of Dahme.

Construction of a house is expected to begin in 2025 on a lot at Saarstraße 17. As a result, there may be temporary construction noise.

The 3-room holiday rental is tastefully furnished and decorated to create a welcoming atmosphere. Bright, light-filled rooms with large window and door openings give the living spaces a special sense of comfort. The apartment features two bedrooms, a living/dining room with an elegant open kitchen, and direct access to the large 28 m² rooftop terrace. The beautiful south/west-facing rooftop terrace is equipped with modern lounge furniture, a sun lounger, and a parasol.

The sunny location with a view of the Dahmer Au invites you to linger and relax. Both bedrooms feature two double beds (180x200 cm) with nightstands and reading lamps, modern wardrobes, and electric roller blinds—for optimal sleeping comfort. A spacious shower room with a rain shower, hair dryer, and plenty of storage space and hooks, along with an utility room featuring a washer-dryer, round out this comfortable apartment. A private parking space with its own electric car charging station (for a fee) and access to the bike/trash storage room are located right next to the building. Bed linens and towels can be rented from the rental agency for the duration of your stay. One of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Dahme is just a 2-minute walk away.

Just behind the natural dike is the beach promenade with its fine-sand beach and blue sea, the StrandSPA with its fitness and wellness classes right on the beach, the Kids’ Harbour with activities and entertainment, a mini-golf course, and bike and water sports rental services. The resort is rounded out by its diverse culinary offerings.
