The Space:

The southern tip of Baja California has a pull that's hard to explain until you're standing in it - desert ridgelines dropping toward the Pacific, the air warm and dry even in the middle of the day, and a city that keeps its energy going long after sunset. This two-bedroom unit in Cabo San Lucas gives six guests a comfortable, well-organized place to return to after everything the peninsula has to offer.

 

Living space

The living room is built for genuine downtime. Comfortable seating, a TV, and air conditioning give you a place to decompress between adventures without fighting the Baja heat. Wifi keeps the group connected throughout, and a dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door means anyone who needs a quieter corner to catch up on work has exactly that - separate from the rest of the unit.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Each of the two bedrooms has a king bed, giving every guest a solid night's rest before another day out. A sofa bed in the living area rounds out the sleeping setup, bringing the total to three beds for up to six guests. Hangers, clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron are all on hand, along with a washer - essential for back-to-back beach days or stays that stretch beyond a week.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen covers everything from a slow breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker are all included, along with cooking basics, a full set of dishes and silverware, and coffee to get your mornings started. The dining table seats the group together - whether that's a casual lunch between outings or a full meal after a long day on the water.

 

Bathrooms

Two and a half bathrooms keep mornings running smoothly across a group of six. Hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and cleaning products are all provided - the essentials taken care of so you can pack light and focus on the trip.

 

Outdoor & shared spaces

Cabo's warm, dry climate makes outdoor space usable year-round, and this unit gives you plenty of it. A shared patio or balcony and a backyard offer easy spots to step outside. The rooftop is the real gathering point - sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a shared BBQ grill set the scene for evenings in, with open sky and the Cabo air around you.

 

Building amenities

The building includes a shared gym, an elevator, and free parking in the on-site garage. Free street parking is also available nearby if you need it. On arrival, your host greets you in person to walk you through everything and get you settled.

 

Safety & extras

A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and first aid kit are in place throughout the unit. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the second floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**



Other Things to Note:

Sin embargo, queremos informarles que actualmente estamos experimentando ciertos problemas de ruido en el edificio que podrían afectar su tranquilidad durante su estadía.El motivo del ruido es la construccion aledaña que tiene un horario de trabajo de 9 :00 am a 5 pm.
