Edgewater T1 #709- Lagoon Pool/Beach View!

Enjoy one of the best views of the Gulf of Mexico from our seventh floor Tower 1 beautifully renovated beachfront PCB vacation condo. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king size poster bed with private bathroom along with a peaceful private sitting area overlook of the beach and resort's pools. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the master bedroom overlook sitting area while relaxing in one of the two recliners in the master bedroom with amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. The master bath has a spacious walk in shower and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom hosts two queen beds with access to the second bathroom of the unit. The den has a work desk and chair to catch up on work as needed or to make this unit the perfect vacation spot for a remote work trip.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate.

We love coming to PCB throughout the year. This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was nicely updated, the view was wonderful, and the location was perfect. It was easy coming and going, parking was nice, and it felt right at home. Will keep this on the list for future visits.

Great Stay

This location was just as advertised. It was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and this location had the essentials needed in the kitchen to have some nice meals and modern appliances. The pool and beach were great for the family. The restaurant located next to the pool was also quite good. We ended up eating there a couple of nights and my kids loved it. Overall, this was a very nice stay.

The four of us had a great time at Edgewater. The condo was perfect and we all slept very well on the comfortable beds. We weren't told about there being a $50 parking fee until we arrived so we suggest that this info be included with the rental info in the future for other renters.

A Must See!

I’m old school but the checking in and out process was even easy for someone like me. Great location plus view from the balcony and master bedroom were wonderful. The unit itself was amazing and very relaxing. Kevin was great to work with and will guide you through the process and answer any questions that you may have.

Great place to stay

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. When you walk in the door, it feels very inviting because of the beautiful decor and the pool/ocean view. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The master bath is really nice and the shower made the act of showering relaxing instead of a chore. The furniture in the living area is nice and comfortable and the kitchen is great too. You don’t even have to go down to the beach or pool to feel like you’re there when in this condo. My only complaint would be the shower in the second bathroom. It could use an update like the rest of the place and other bathroom. The tub was slow draining and it and the walls around the shower were dingy. Overall we really loved the place but hope for that small improvement so that we can come again with more of our family members!

More than Paradise

This rental was absolutely, by far, my favorite rental yet. The owner and his son Chase were hands down the best people I’ve ever done business with. They were very accommodating. We stayed here because our friends were getting married, and it was 100% my favorite place we’ve rented. Chase helped me with every question I had, and was very responsive. I spoke to the owner once because I wanted to be overly prepared for this trip, and he directed me to Chase who answered any and all questions I had and was wonderful. I even decided to extend our trip a few days and without any problem they gladly made this happen promptly. If there was such thing as more that a 5-Star review, I would’ve left one. Will definitely look for this place for rent next year. Thank you both!

Floor and towels

The floor needs to be mopped throughout the condo. It is very dirty as in your feet get black when walking barefoot. (I have a picture that I took of a wet papetowel that I checked the floor with if someone wants to see it.) I was able to sweep and did not get much up. I did see wet swifters that I would have used but no mop to put them on. There was also only 6 towels and washcloths and two hand towels. This is very few with 5 guests. You get more in a hotel room. Thankful that washer and dryer were very nice, because we had to use them every day. Condo was beautifully furnished. The small bathroom could use a newer tub but it was clean.

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was spacious and clean. There were new appliances in the kitchen including a washer and dryer. The Lagoon pool/beach view was beautiful. We could even listen to live music on the balcony in the evening or down by the pool. Everything you need is on the property- beach chair rentals, restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and even a corner store that has a Starbucks inside. Highly recommend. Very family friendly

Lovely condo! Check in and out were easy. Amenities in condo were great. The floor and bathroom could have been a tiny bit cleaner. The floors were very sandy and left our feet visibly dirty. The bathrooms would benefit from a deep clean, especially in the showers. Beds were comfortable and large dinging table also great!

Great beach location in PCB

This condo is well located in the middle of Edgewater Beach Resort. Great views of a beautiful beach and pools. It is comfortable with electric reclining couch and chairs. Cort and Chase were very responsive to any needs and questions. Mattresses were very comfortable. Second bathroom could use a little updating of the tub shower door
