This villa is exactly the ideal villa for a family vacation. Besides being beautifully built and designed, the location is beautiful and close to Porec city center. The beach is only a few minutes away by car.
The villa is located on a large plot of land with a 35m2 pool, an open dining area with a fireplace. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi. For the children and adults there is a trampoline, table tennis or darts for recreational enjoyment.
From the terraces there is a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding area. From the living / dining area you have direct access to the 35 m2 private pool. The outdoor area also has a summer kitchen with barbecue and a dining area where you can enjoy a relaxing summer evening with local delicacies.
