The new 'Villa Eva' is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar only 2.5 km from the sea. With 105 m² of living space, the light-flooded house with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults).
On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house, you will find a spacious living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms on the second floor are each equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has its own terrace with a view of the pool. Here you can greet the morning with a cup of coffee and end the evening with a glass of wine.
Outside, the covered dining area with barbecue and the 30 m² heated pool invite you to relax. Your car is safely parked on the fenced property.

Die Vorbereitung, Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bzw. der Agentur war sehr professionell und wertschätzend. Das Haus wurde uns am Tag der Ankunft persönlich übergeben und alles, was wir beachten sollten (u.a. Müllabfuhr, Pool etc.), sehr freundlich erläutert. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Das Haus ist in einem hervorragenden, technisch einwandfreien Zustand und entspricht genau den Bildern. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Etwas abseits und ruhig gelegen, aber fußläufig zur Ortschaft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants/Tankstellen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Für uns - wir haben schon häufiger Häuser über FeWo gemietet - eines der besten Objekte, in dem wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
