Ideale Ferienwohnung in der Sommerhitze

Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Im Sommer schön kühl, leider aber durch kleine Fenster relativ dunkel. Das entschädigt aber der toll gestaltete Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Vermieter sind freundlich. Gute Ausgangslage um Koblenz zu erkunden. Netto und Bäcker um die Ecke.

Top Ausstattung - Freundliche Vermieter

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Koblenz sehr genossen, unter anderem weil wir so eine schöne Ferienwohnung hatten. Die Aufteilung ist zwar erst einmal ungewöhnlich, man hat quasi zwei große Räume die jeweils Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer vereinen. Für uns war es aber sehr praktisch weil die Kinder einen eigenen Bereich hatten und wir auch. Die Ausstattung ist absolut Top und Modern. Ein mit Bohnen gefüllter Kaffeevollautomat, genug Geschirr, Töpfe usw. Es waren Gewürze vorhanden, Toilettenpapier, Seife und vieles mehr. Das Bad war ein Traum, auch hier alles ganz Modern und Top. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir ein kleines Problem hatten, wurde sofort geholfen. Irgendwas negatives muss ich wohl noch schreiben damit es glaubwürdig bleibt. Doch so wirklich fällt mir nichts ein. Wie in der Anzeige erwähnt, ist es eine Untergeschoß Wohnung. Das bedeutet es ist recht dunkel und man braucht immer künstliches Licht. Das wäre vielleicht der einzige Kritikpunkt aber dafür kann die Wohnung ja nichts. Zu sechst könnte es in der Küche am Tisch etwas eng werden, zu viert war es perfekt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch Klasse. In der Stadt ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es ist aber trotzdem eine ruhige Gegend. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen und nochmals vielen Dank an die freundlichen Vermieter.
