zentral gelegene, schöne & moderne Whg. jeweils mit dem Fahrrad < 10 Min zu den beiden Hauptbadestränden (sehr lockere Fahrt) Wir mieten dort wieder

Kommunikation/Agentur während des Aufenthalts und danach

Das Check in hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung war nicht so sauber wie man erwartet hatte, besonders bei dem Preis für die Reinigung. Es waren Kaffeeflecken am Küchenschrank, die Fensterbänke waren sandig. Die Dusche lief sehr schlecht ab. Am 4. Tag habe ich versucht jemanden zu erreichen, habe eine Nachricht hinterlassen, leider bekam ich keinen Rückruf. Am letzen Tag wollte ich ein Geldstück vom Boden aufheben und musste dafür unters Bett schauen. Wir waren entsetzt wie schmutzig es unter den Betten war. Der Dreck, Staub, leere Wasserflaschen,Flips war von Wochen. Ich habe Fotos gemacht und mit einer Mail zu der Agentur geschickt, aber auch da keine Antwort bekommen, bis heute nicht. Ich buche seit Jahren über fewo-direkt, war auch immer zufrieden. Was diesmal verkehrt gelaufen ist, kann ich nicht verstehen. Es wäre schön, wenn ich jetzt mal eine Rückmeldung bekommen würde. Sehr gute Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Lage an der Straße, ab 7.00 Uhr wochentags ist Betrieb

In der Nebensaison darf die Straße nur befahren werden. Ab Anfang April ist die Saisonverkehrsbeschränkung und es besteht ein generelles Fahrverbot. Ich hoffe dennoch, das Sie sich gut erholen konnten. Mit den besten Grüßen von der schönen Nordseeinsel Borkum, Team FeWo-Ko
