Private: property 320 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 1.3 km, sandy beach "Plage de Port Sable" 370 m. Sports harbour 700 m, sailing school 2.2 km, tennis 2.2 km. Nearby attractions: Port du Crouesty 700 m, Golfe du Morbihan (Port Navalo) 1 km, Thalassotherapie 2.2 km, Golf de Kervers 6.7 km, Départs vers Belle Ile, Houat et Hoedic 1 km. Hiking paths: GR34. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Très belle maison dans un environnement très proche de la mer.

Tout est parfait dans cette grande et lumineuse maison pour y passer un agréable séjour en famille.Dans un environnement calme, près du port, des plages, des commerces et du centre ville. Accueil au top.A recommander sans modération.

Très belle maison

Maison neuve, fonctionnel. Tout est pensé pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les transats ont été changés, beaucoup mieux que les chiliennes. Petits points à améliorer, cousin pour le salon de jardin, taie d'oreiller à changer. Après c'est une affaire de goût mais dans le kit serviette, il serait mieux d'avoir des tailles de serviettes de bain 100 x 150 plus pratiques pour les adultes (certes un investissement).

Sehr schönes neues Haus

Die Villa Lanka ist ein sehr schönes neues Ferienhaus mit bester Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ideal: Bäcker, Ortsmitte von Arzon, Strand, Gastronomie, Häfen von Crouesty und Port-Navalo sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zufahrt zum internen Parkplatz ist für größere Fahrzeuge etwas knifflig. Wie oft in Frankreich sind ausreichend Steckdosen, Haken im Bad, Seifenträger in den Duschen etc. spärlich vorhanden.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Villa Lanka ist top ausgestattet und schon eingerichtet. Mit ihren drei Bädern und vier Schlafzimmern bietet sie auch für viele Personen ein komfortables Wohnen. Der Strand ist knapp fünf Minuten entfernt, vieles andere (Restaurants, etc.) kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen.

Séjour très agréable. Maison très bien située agréable et bien agencée. Nous étions 7 et nous avions vraiment beaucoup d espace. Une buanderie très appréciable aussi. Nous avons pu itinénérer et faire de superbes balades. Bref un séjour sans faute

Graag een gemakkelijke tuinzetel

Het huis is ruim, modern en voorzien van alle comfort. Heel tevreden. De tuin is nogal klein en heel erg omsloten, geen uitzicht. Dat is niet zo erg als je veel weg bent, maar als je eens een namiddagje wil lezen is er wel een probleem. Geen enkele tuinzetel zit comfortabel om relaxed te zitten. Er is voldoende zit-materiaal voorhanden, maar niets dat gewoon lekker zit. Dat is jammer, want anders was er echt niets aan te merken op deze vakantiewoning.

Alles hat super geklappt. Die Übergabe am Ferienhaus und die Führung durch das Haus. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung . Küche und Geschirr alles ausreichend vorhanden.
