The approximately 60-square-meter holiday home is located on the grounds of the Golfresidenz Grömitz. Staying here is a delight not only for golfers; this oasis in the countryside also offers everything your heart desires for those seeking peace and quiet. So it’s perfectly normal to see squirrels, rabbits, or deer scurrying past the living room window.
The living and dining rooms are situated beneath the gabled roof. The large window wall not only lends the room a sense of spaciousness and brightness but also allows you to gaze at the stars in the evening while lying down.
The adjacent Golfresidenz is just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. The house features free Wi-Fi, a covered parking space/carport, and a garden with a patio and seating area.
This modern end-of-row house, situated in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the forest, offers a separate, sunny living-dining area and a well-equipped small kitchen with a built-in oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The house features a modern bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The peaceful garden is ideal for outdoor meals; depending on the time of day, you can find a spot around the house that’s always in the sun.
In the main house (a one-minute walk away), there is a swimming pool (12 x 8 m), which you are, of course, welcome to use. The sauna, as well as the washing machine and dryer, are available for a fee.
You can reach the beach in about 5–10 minutes by bike through the nature reserve.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a family bunk bed—that is, a bunk bed with a 140 x 200 cm bed on the bottom and a 90 x 200 cm bed on top.

Furthermore, the heart of the house is a spacious living-dining area. A 40-inch TV with a CD/DVD and Blu-ray player, a Dolby Surround sound system, and a selection of DVDs is available for you in the living room.
Grömitz is an increasingly popular beach resort known for its sandy beaches and fresh air. The town is connected to the beach promenade, and the surrounding countryside invites you to enjoy long bike rides, horseback riding, or hiking. The 18-hole golf course, complete with a restaurant and pro shop, starts right at your doorstep!
