The place was great. Setup was great for 3 couples. Communication was good with host till day of check in. I received no info for check in. I messaged the host and never received any info. I called Vrbo and they were able to get the check in info to me. We arrived at the place and the address that was given was the general address. So then I messaged the host again with no response. I called Vrbo again and they were able to get a hold of the host and give me the building number and unit number. So complicated access the day of arrival but everything else was great

Had a major issue at check in as our pre-arrival information did not include the building number or unit number. We got in late (945 pm) so this caused significant rough start to our trip and high anxiety. They did answer back within 15 minutes and after we found the proper unit our trip was excellent. The property was clean, arranged well, and the furniture was very comfortable. Have to give 4 due to check in snafu but the property was excellent.
