The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and features comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with bar seating—ideal for casual meals, morning coffee, or gathering after a day at the beach. A convenient half bath on the main level adds to the home’s easy, functional layout.



Upstairs, two well-appointed bedrooms provide peaceful retreats, each with its own en suite bath. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities, while the guest room offers full-over-full bunk beds for flexible accommodations. Step outside to a private patio designed for enjoying the coastal breeze, or take advantage of the resort-style pools and direct boardwalk access to the beach. Sunflower Beach is an actively growing community; construction may occur Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM

Guests must be 25 years or older to book; ID verification is required at check-in
