The open-concept living area features a plush sectional with a queen sleeper and an oversized television with surround sound—creating an ideal space for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a large dining table that comfortably seats eight, making it perfect for shared meals and entertaining. Step outside to the wraparound patio, where shaded seating invites you to enjoy the coastal breeze throughout the day.



Two well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for families or small groups. The primary suite features a king bed, workspace, and a spa-inspired en suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanities, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bath with a tub and shower combination. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional flexibility for guests. With access to resort-style pools, direct boardwalk beach access, and the laid-back coastal charm of Port Aransas, this home is an ideal setting for a relaxed and memorable getaway.
