The Space:

The community features two shared pools, a generous resort pool with a dining pavilion; a seasonal café; and shaded kids' lounge; and a tranquil adults-only pool. Sunflower Beach promotes community and quiet surroundings; and includes 50 acres of walkable space. Drive your golf cart over the boardwalk to the beach for easy and convenient access! About the house: The large living area offers lots of extra space for your group. Host a movie night in the spacious first floor living room, with ample seating on the sectional and armchair. Watch your favorite films on the 55' flat-screen TV. Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Cooking is a breeze with high-quality Whirlpool appliances. When it's time to eat; gather at the elegant dining table for eight or move to the courtyard for alfresco meals. Head out to the second-floor balcony to relax in the fresh ocean air; enjoy a beverage in this large intimate sitting area. On the second level, the master bedroom is a serene and stylish oasis; with a king bed and 49'' TV. The adjacent master bathroom features a large walk-in closet; double vanity; and walk-in shower. The second bedroom; located on the second floor; includes a comfortable queen bed; with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The bunkroom is detailed with two twin-over-twin bunk sets; colorful comforters; and fresh beachy accents. This room has access to a shared bath with a tub/shower combination.
