Guests have access to the entire property, amenities and all common area facilities.



The Neighborhood:

La Veleta is one of Tulum's newer residential areas, quieter and more private than the Hotel Zone but well-positioned for easy access to the beach clubs, restaurants, and nightlife the area is known for. Most of the higher-end villas in Tulum have settled here for that reason.

The Beach Zone is roughly 10–15 minutes away, and Tulum town is even closer for groceries and daily errands. Getting around is easy, with taxis, ATVs, scooters, and private drivers all readily available.



Getting Around:

Transportation options:

• ATVs (~$50/day) – Fun & safe, perfect for Tulum’s bumpy roads.

• Car Rental (~$80–$200/day) – Safest, but not ideal in the Beach Zone.

• Scooters (~$40/day) – Fast and cheap, but less safe.

• Taxis (~$25 Villa → Beach Zone) – Convenient, but adds up.
