From the furnished south-facing balcony, you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or to unwind after a day at the beach. The finest sandy beach is only about 150 metres away, and the lively Grömitz promenade, with its restaurants and cafés, is practically right outside the door.

The bedroom features a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, as well as ample storage space in the large closet. The bright, modern bathroom with a shower and partition offers all the necessary amenities.

The small, well-equipped kitchen with a sink, four burners, an oven, a refrigerator, and all standard appliances allows you to cook easily or simply relax. A coffee maker and a kettle are provided.

Additional amenities: free parking, Wi-Fi, and coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building. Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee.
