Apartment Tancel is located in the residential part of town, only 700m from Brulo Beach, sports facilities and restaurants. There is a 15-minute walk to the city center. The landlord lives on the ground floor of the house and parking is in front of the house.
Apartment Tancel for 4 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house,on two etages ,total living surface 80m2 in. First etage consists of a living room with a dining table, satellite TV and a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom / shower. On the upper etage there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has 2 separate beds, at the same etage is a small separate toilet. The apartment is air-conditioned and has wireless internet access all included in the price. From the living room you can enjoy a lovely covered terrace with a sitting set.

Perfect for family of four

We stayed in the holiday apartment for two weeks over the Whitsun holidays. The apartment is very clean and all brand new with modern high quality furniture. The pictures and description are absolutely accurate. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony spacious so you can comfortably sit outside. There is a nice playground just round the corner. It is a 10-15 min stroll to the beach. Walking into Poreč will take you 20-25min (with children) so we always took the car in the end. I have to agree with other reviewers that the WIFI signal is weak and patchy it does not reach the upper level of the apartment. We bought a 10 day prepaid unlimited data SIM card in the end and setup our own hotspot which was a cheap option and worked fine for us. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again any time.

Alles in Ordnung außer Gastgeber

+ Unterkunft entspricht Beschreibung (sauber, etc.) - Die Gastgeberin war nett/ hilfsbereit, der Gastgeber hingegen war grundlos aggressiv und verbal ausfällig, und das auch anderen Gästen gegenüber. Obwohl uns die Unterkunft/ Lage zugesagt hat, werden wir deshalb nicht wiederkommen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer Top Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Rand von Porec, man erreicht das Zentrum und das Meer aber gut in 10-15 min. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Eigentümer, die im EG wohnen, sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: das WLAN funktioniert nur im Wohn/Essbereich. Auf dem Balkon oder in den Schlafzimmer hat man keinen Empfang.

Top Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit gehobener Ausstattung. 15 min. Fußweg zum Wasser. Sehr ruhige schöne Wohnlage. Sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieter. Funkempfang D1 und D2 top, WLAN nicht zu gebrauchen da viel zu schwach. Klare Empfehlung aber trotzdem, jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Eine sehr schöne neue und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Matratzen sind bequem. Super Küche mit Spülmaschine. Bad und WC neu sorgar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Alles neu und moderne Ausstattung. Einfach alles super super klasse. Die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Sie sprechen deutsch und sind sehr freundlich. Nur das WLAN ist nicht gut. Das ist aber auch unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir in Porec sind.

Sehr schönes Appartement!!

Es lief alles ohne Probleme! Sehr nette Gastgeber! Sehr schöne und Moderne Wohnung! Ruhige Umgebung. Das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Und Manchmal kann man Fallschirmspringer beobachten. Die Dropzone ist nicht weit weg. Wir haben uns Rundum wohl gefühlt! Kommen gerne wieder!!!
