My quaint Contemporary Farmhouse Bungalow w/ 1 gig speed WIFI! Newly renovated with an array of fantastic amenties!
Short 5 minutes commute to Atlanta with a short 14 min drive to Downtown Atlanta or 18 minutes to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. 12 mins away from Truist/Suntrust Park (The Battery), Six Flags, dinning and shopping! 3 minutes from grocery stores, eatery, dining, and more.

2 Queen size beds 1 sleeper sofa (if needed). Private patio space & fireplace area in yard.

This is a cozy Bungalow/Cottage. The neighborhood is quiet with excellent neighbors. Everything you can think of is available within a 20 minute or less commute. Perfect location where the Sun hits the home in all the perfect places.

Remove all trash from the home. Place trash bags in the outside trash bins located on the side of the home between the house and the yellow shed, near the driveway.
Gather used towels and place them in the laundry basket in the laundry room.
Please make sure the gas stove is completely off, and the refrigerator doors are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
