Bedroom & Bathrooms

The spacious bedroom features a comfortable California King bed, while the living room offers both a Queen Murphy bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to accommodate up to six guests!

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, or cook dinner using fresh local seafood and produce from one of Maui's farmers markets! Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar or dine outside on your private lanai while surrounded by tropical gardens.

If you prefer to grill, Kamaole Sands offers several shared barbecue areas throughout the property!

Living Area

The open living room is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Maui. Enjoy comfortable seating, Smart TV streaming, complimentary WiFi, and a wall-mounted air conditioner to keep the space cool and comfortable.

A portable air conditioner in the bedroom helps ensure a restful night's sleep.

The unit includes a washer and dryer to keep you clothes and swimwear fresh. We include beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay!

Kamaole Sands is one of South Maui's most popular vacation resorts and offers beautifully maintained tropical grounds with amenities for every type of traveler. When you’re ready to unwind between adventures, enjoy the sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and game room with ping pong and foosball—so everyone in your group can find something they love!

Parking is free for one vehicle at Kamaole Sands, and you will have your own assigned spot. The resort fee is already included in your booking.

The Area: Dining and Activities

You’re right in the heart of Kihei’s fun bustling energy, so enjoy! Kihei Caffe’s two nearby locations are perfect for breakfast, and Paia Fish Market’s Kihei location makes a fantastic lunch. The freshest fish in every style you can think of! There’s also tasty sushi at Miso Phat and phenomenal burgers at Cool Cat Cafe. If you’re here on a Tuesday, hit Fred’s Mexican Cafe for Taco Tuesday! And right upstairs is Moose McGillicuddy’s if you want to watch sports with an ocean view!

South Maui Gardens is also one of our top recommendations. Go for the endless amazing food truck options, stay for the beautiful plant nursery, local boutique shops, free live music some evenings, and an artisan market every Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM!

For activities, you’ll have your choice of golf courses within 10 minutes in either direction. Ma’alaea Harbor is 15 minutes away for a variety of sailing, snorkel tours, scuba diving tours, whale watches, and fishing excursions. While you’re there, visit Maui Ocean Center, our beautiful aquarium! Or for a different type of adventure, take your rental car to Paia on the north shore for a bohemian day browsing unique stores and people watching!

For full-day adventures, book a trip to Haleakala to bike down the volcano, or take a drive on the famous Road to Hana (just leave early)!

There are also several luaus in the area, as well as zipline courses and ATV tours if you don’t mind a little drive. For specific recommendations, we’re happy to help!

Unit comes with a Vacation Starter Kit: Includes Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Tabs, Hairdryer, Iron & a Starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Soap. Safeway, Foodland and ABC Store are great for any items you forgot at home, or for restocking!

Cleaning is done before and after your stay, but if you’d like to add on additional cleaning service during your stay as well, that can be arranged! Just let us know!
