Super clean and perfect set up for two people. The area was serene and the host was extremely responsive and kind. Being the first lead to a couple of logistical issues but the host did what he could to make the situation perfect.

Great property. The hosts were great. I had some bumps with VRBO APP, but the hosts were amazing! The only drawback were the bees outside since I am allergic, so we didn't sit on the porch until the sun went down which was fine. My husband left two of his favorite shirts there and I told the hosts. We barely made it home before the shirts!! Great people!! They have other rentals and we might end up trying them out as well!!

We enjoyed staying here while we had business in Newberg. Great location for access to Newberg and surrounding communities, and Champoeg State Heritage Area. Nicely furnished and clean. We watched hot air balloons land to the south from the porch one morning.The studio doesn't have a washer or dryer as was listed, so we instead went to a laundromat in Newberg for a few hours. The large sliding glass entry door is the only window - suggest hosts add a screen door to it for airflow when it can be opened. If you park under the large fir tree, expect to get bird poop on your vehicle.

Great accommodation for a single traveler or a couple. My one suggestion is the nightstand needs a small lamp for reading. The overhead lights are too much glare at night.
