❖ Guest Access ❖

The guest unit is fully private, with an exclusive entrance gate located on left side of the bungalow via a step stone path. Please pull open the brown side gate to enter and use your four digits access code to unlock the guest unit.
There is easy, always-available street parking right in front of the house.

❖ Other details to note ❖

- Keyless check-in and check-out: A secure 4-digit access code will be provided before your arrival.
- Guests traveling with children: please note that we do not provide amenities for infants. If you’re visiting with little ones, kindly bring any necessary items such as a highchair, portable crib, or stroller.
- Our gardener comes every Saturday for routine maintenance, usually for about 30 minutes.
- The Nest Thermostat is located inside of the front unit and is pre-set to “eco” mode of 69°F ~ 75°F. Upon request, it can be remotely adjusted to the temperature settings of your preference.
- We are very responsive and quick to reply via text, should you need anything during your stay.
