The Space:

The full kitchen is designed for effortless entertaining, complete with an electric stovetop, garbage disposal, and a fully stocked bar kit for evenings in.



Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished with king beds, ensuring restful nights for every guest. The bedroom to the left offers an electric adjustable bed for customizable comfort, while both bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and modern fixtures.



The home’s thoughtful touches extend throughout, including a washer and dryer for convenience and an EV charger compatible with Teslas and other electric vehicles.



Outdoors, unwind in the beautifully designed turf yard, complete with a private putting green, comfortable seating area, propane grill, and propane fire pit—all set against a beautiful Hill Country backdrop.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
