We were thankful for the availability to stay within close proximity of our family event. It served our purpose and saved us money. Unfortunately I didn't receive check-in information however the property owner did reach out to determine arrival time. I messaged asking where to find the key or code and ended up knocking on the homeowner's door to figure out how to enter the property. There may have been a mix up of sorts on the app but I showed him what information I had access to. He was kind and gracious walking us to the entrance on the backside of the house. The area was well lit at night but we had to walk through the yard. A walkway would have made it easier to know where to go and minimized tracking in dirt and grass on the floors.
