Welcome to your new home away from home. This home features great outdoor entertainment areas and wonderful new interior furniture.
Home has a complimentary Club Car golf cart. Must be 21 to operate.

Living room has a leather sofa and leather loveseat with a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need: dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water at sink, Keurig coffee maker.

Master Queen bedroom has TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Queen bedroom with a TV and chest of drawers.
Bunk room features a twin over full with stairs to climb to the top and a TV. Stairs have drawers to store away clothing.
Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Washer and dryer in hall.
Wi-Fi and cable included.
Outdoor shower under home with hot/cold water.
Nice 4-seater golf cart. You MUST BE 21 to operate. No exceptions. The golf cart is optional to add on for an additional fee.
Must follow all of Ocean Lakes Golf Cart Rules.

If you’re looking for a place to party, please move on to another property.

Small pets allowed 25lb no felines *One dog allowed*
No smoking, vaping, or drugs permitted.
Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines).

We want you to enjoy your stay and hope that our guests will become our second Ocean Lakes family and will stay with us for years to come.

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes. This DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.
