Why they chose this property

I live in East Boone, and love it. This place is conveniently located to get to Boone and Blowing Rock, it's close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. It has one of the few flat roads and driveways in Boone, which is awesome!

What makes this property unique

I took the 100+ year old house off the foundation and rebuilt it in 2025 - so you get the history and character while staying in a brand new house! Private but close to everything.
