Wir (4 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager (12) und Hund) durften eine Woche in der Villa Mûrier verbringen. Die Villa mit weitläufigem Grundstück liegt in einem Naturschutzgebiet mit angrenzendem Schäferbetrieb. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief hervorragend. Haus mit Charme

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen, die Betten waren bequem, die Küchenausstattung super, viel Platz ums Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert. Auch die Lage des Hauses hat uns gepasst, nicht direkt im Ort, aber in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand, viele Wandermöglichkeiten in erreichbarer Nähe,….. wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Propriété Pas prête pour la location

Une propriété bien placée et dont le potentiel n’est pas du tout exploité. Elle ne devrait pas être louée dans l’état : - pas d’eau potable elle provient d’un puit - le propriétaire nous a prévenu la veille que des fourmis avaient envahi la maison. Il nous a demandé de bien garder les aliments fermés pour éviter qu’elles profilèrent, de jeter nos déchets dans les poubelles disponibles dans les villages environnants, (ce que nous faisions tous les jours). Les fourmis étant toujours là j’ai regardé les poubelles sous l’évier, elles étaient sales. Sous le meuble de la cuisine, j’ai trouvé un pot de sucre dans lequel les fourmis venaient se délecter . Nous avons du nettoyer la cuisine (avec nos produits) car nous avions des doutes sur ceux disponibles. Les toilettes du rez de chaussée fuyaient ; heureusement un monsieur est venu réparer la fuite à la demande du propriétaire. Mais ils sont tellement vétustes qu’il faudrait les changer! Des serpillères sales traînaient dans un seau dans la salle de bain. Le dernier jour j’ai nettoyé la bonde de la douche qui n’avait jamais du l’être. C’était écœurant!! Les fenêtres, volets, terrasse, sols étaient sales et non entretenus. Et puis le réfrigérateur, il ne refroidissait pas! Seul le freezer fonctionnait. Ce bien a un énorme potentiel mais il a besoin d’être rénové, assaini et disposé d’eau potable et d’un frigo qui fonctionne. Nous sommes partis un jour avant la fin du contrat.

Glücksfall!

Schon lange hatten wir uns vorgenommen Korsika für uns zu entdecken. Leider fanden wir nie eine geeignete Unterkunft und hatten schon fast aufgegeben. Dann fand mein Mann die Villa "Murier", ein wahrer Glücksfall! Schon vor unserer Anreise hatte ich einen sehr guten Kontakt zu Leon Brenner, der zu jeder Zeit all unsere Fragen beantwortete. Als wir in der Villa "Murier" ankamen fühlten wir uns sofort zuhause. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. 5 Minuten ans Meer und 10 Minuten in die Berge mit dem Auto. Eine tolle Badebucht in Algajola (ein nicht verbauter schöner kleiner Ort mit Supermarkt, kleinen Geschäften, Eiscafé, Restaurants,..) und malerischen Dörfern in den Bergen. Da wir Rennradfahrer sind war die Lage des Hauses für uns optimal. Nach einem sehr steilen Anstieg konnte man kilometerweit eben durch viele interessanten Bergdörfer fahren. Der Rückweg führte uns mit Meerblick oberhalb der Küste über Ile Rousse nach Hause zurück. "Unglaublich schön! Wir freuten uns immer nach Hause zurückzukommen. Dort unseren netten Nachbarn mit seinen Hunden und Schafen zu treffen und kurz zu plaudern. Dann genossen wir die wunderbare Außendusche und kochten danach bei guter Musik des Hausherrn in einer großzügigen gutausgestatteten Küche. Bei einem Glas Rotwein und einem guten Essen ließen wir den Abend auf der schönen Terrasse ausklingen. Nach einer Woche Zweisamkeit besuchten uns Freunde aus Frankreich, sehr gute Korsikakenner. Das Zusammenleben war in unserem Haus kein Problem, da es zwei Bäder und 3 sehr schöne Schlafzimmer gab. Jetzt zeigten uns unsere Freunde viele schöne interessante Orte und Bademöglichkeiten, ein Traum! Wir fanden auch tolle Restaurants, einen Bioladen und Anbieter korsischer Lebensmittel und einen sehr guten Bäcker. Der ganze Urlaub in der Villa "Murier" war wirklich ein Glücksfall!
