This spacious 91-square-meter apartment, newly built in 2021 and featuring a balcony, can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is modern and equipped to a high standard, ensuring you a comfortable holiday. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a kettle, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine (with enough capsules provided on the day of arrival), a selection of teas, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

All bedrooms are equipped with double beds and flat-screen TVs. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living/dining area, which also features a flat-screen TV.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a hair dryer.

On warm summer evenings, you can also relax on the balcony and enjoy the view of the Sauerland mountains and the bobsleigh track.

Pets are welcome.

If you need a cot or a high chair, please let us know. We’ll provide them free of charge.

Haus Brilliant features 10 holiday apartments spread across 3 floors and stands out for its quiet yet central location. There’s a direct connection in the hallway to our Haus Diamant, which houses an additional 13 apartments. Larger groups of up to 119 people can be accommodated centrally across both buildings.

The entrance to the Winterberg ski lift network is about 700 metres away (P1 Bremberg).

The Kahler Asten is only 6 km away.

The nearby town centre and the Kappe adventure mountain are within easy walking distance—about 10 minutes.

In the town centre, you’ll find various supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants, as well as numerous shopping options.

You can safely store your bicycles and skis in our bike storage room (located in the building’s basement—accessible only by stairs).
A washing machine is available in our laundry room (Haus Diamant), which you can use free of charge.

Thanks to its natural setting, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families—with or without dogs.

Motorcyclists are also welcome and will find well-maintained routes throughout the Sauerland region.

Contactless check-in is available at any time starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Since we use a door code lock system, there is no need for a personal key handoff. On the day of your arrival, we’ll email you the door code for your holiday rental
