The apartment is purposely boho shabby chic classic Spanish apartment. It’s a lived in residential much older Spanish apartment, in a residential urbanization, not a hotel experience - where you might find everything highly finished / serviced plus other holiday makers by the pool.
The apartment suits families that want good space close to the sea and are happy with an older style imperfect residential place. As we are on the coastal road, you can hear the road on the terrace and by the pool, and at night you may hear some faint road noise in the bedrooms too. You can see the bridge, the road, handy coin operated laundry and the petrol station from the terrace a - but that’s the compromise with being right opposite the beach.
It’s essential to hire a car or use the bus to get into and out of town as it’s only a short drive into Estepona but too far to walk. You can walk to San Louis Sabinillas within thirty minutes.

This property is not for guests that want to be on a holiday complex or in a modern hotel experience apartment. It also won't suit guests that want to be close to all amenities and could be bothered by road noise. It does suit guests that like a more authentic Spanish experience - being in a place that is residential, very safe and larger than many average apartments too.
