Brand New Listing on a completely Redone condo. Welcome To Sunsets Bungalow-- This is not a regular rental, it's our Beach Condo that we are sharing when we are not in our favorite Florida city. Your home away from home in the heart of Naples with 2 king bedroom suites. This fully renovated condo features king beds with high end bedding, offering plenty of space and comfort for a restful night. Each suite includes a bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer. The zoned air conditioning keeps the space comfortable no matter the weather. The private lanai seats 4 comfortably and is our favorite spot to take in the sunset while sipping wine, or take in the sunset from the ocean facing main suite. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out, the environment feels inviting and peaceful. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo. Complex amenities include a Library, a fantastic Outdoor BBQ Area featuring several areas to grill out, Pool overlooking the Gulf of America, and a Fitness Center that overlooks the pool area and Gulf. Two sets of shared laundry facilities steps from your door and on your same level. This is the heart of Naples, walking distance to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay for fine dining and shopping. Less than 15 minute drive to our favorite spots on 5th Ave / 3rd Street and the Four Seasons and 15 minutes from LaPlaya and Ritz on Vanderbilt. Condo sits on 2.5 miles of beautiful white sand beach which we love to walk early or at Sunset. Walk to clam pass beach park for fun shelling (especially after a weather event). Note -- This is a 30 day min rental unit. Check calendar for Availability. Property requires background checks so you need to book early enough to complete this process
