Welcome to the luxurious Naples Continental Club! This newly renovated unit includes an all new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms and hardwood floors. This 6th floor condo offers 2 bedrooms (King/Master, 2 full/guest room), 2 bath (tub & shower combo) and comfortably sleeps 6. The upscale Naples Continental Club has also been recently renovated to include professionally decorated lobby and first floor common areas.

The 6th floor overlooks miles of white sandy beach and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private lanai. The NCC pool is located just steps from the beach. The unit is furnished with a 65” inch Smart TV with cable, wireless internet and split bedroom floor plan for privacy. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This beachfront building is located ½ mile from dining and shopping at Venetian Village, 4 miles from downtown Naples’ famous 5th avenue shopping and dining district and Mercato and Waterside shopping and restaurants are also nearby.

The Naples Continental Club also includes additional resort style amenities such as Chickee Hut with covered poolside seating with beach views, Gas BBQ grills, fire pit, shuffle board, fitness room, library, social/game room with billiards table and 2 shared laundry facilities on each floor. Each condo is assigned one parking spot and guest parking is also available.

Homeowners Association Application required with $100 non-refundable fee (21-day approval process).

I can’t say enough great things. The condo was immaculate! Gorgeous views. Open the slider and hear the waves. Great location. Can walk to Waterside or 10 minute drive to just about everything. We stayed a month and would stay again in a heartbeat. Owner was always available as well. Highly highly recommend!!!!
