Perfect location right off of a very fun Brady st. Comfortably housed 5 couples. House was clean with plenty of linens. Nice Open space to hang out. Great AC.

The house comfortably slept 9 of us and easily hosted 13 of us during dinners. Its in a great location, eat to walk to restaurants and bars. Upon arrival the house was very very hot and the portable air conditioners upstairs needed to be emptied as soon as we got there to cool off the upstairs and house. The downstairs window a/c already had a puddle to clean up and a wet carpet as well.After getting the upstairs a/c working, I found live and dead ants in the upstairs bathroom.There was a lack of privacy since the bathroom door doesn't fully close upstairs and missing blinds in the bathroom and above the upstairs bed. It made it very uncomfortable using the bathroom, getting out of the shower and changing.Doing housework was not a great start to a vacation.I feel these aren't preferences, but a standard expectation when staying at a rental property. With the above and other smaller issues, I don't think it would be fair to other guest to leave a five star review at this time.

The house was very clean and I love it even more in person. It was very comfortable and was close to a lot of local places. The host responded quickly and was very helpful. I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, and near a lot of places!!
