This two-room apartment is located on the outskirts of Stolpe, in a quiet area right on the Usedom Bike Trail. From the living room and the covered balcony, you have a beautiful view of the fields and the lagoon.
The bedroom features a double bed. The living and dining room, which includes a kitchenette, features a pull-out couch with a sleeping surface measuring 160 x 200 cm as an additional sleeping option, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four people. There is a parking space right next to the house. The well-maintained complex includes a playground with its own play ship, a football goal, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue area that can be used by everyone.
Everything Usedom has to offer is within easy reach—either on foot, by bike, or by car. In addition to the castle, which hosts numerous rotating cultural events, the town features the Remise restaurant, the Landbäcker bakery with its own baking facility, and a small harbour.
