The municipal trash is right up the street at yuck yuck and Joe’s. If you put that in your search bar, it will take you to where you dispose of your trash.
Please make sure you turn the circuit breaker off for the hot tub.
The key to the house is in the little clip for the hot tub cover. This key only works on the side door for the hot tub. This house was built in 1882. Please do when you’re coming in the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The keys to the shed are on the counter in the kitchen there’s two bicycles and more lawn furniture and cushions HELP YOURSELF

Cozy and comfortable. Owner was responsive to questions quickly! Quiet, with lovely views! Beautiful sunset, just as advertised! Hot tub was a nice feature and perfect on a rare cool summer evening! Pet friendly was added bonus on this trip! Will stay here again!

The location of this property is amazing! It’s right on the bay and has the best sunsets You can go wading every day at low tide and see all kinds of water life. Great for summertime and being outdoors.

This is old world charm at its best. We loved the peaceful street with all the different cottages…just so quaint!!!Our stay was wonderful and the views from the panoramic back windows was amazing!!! Sunsets are beautiful.We loved we could bring our fur baby too!!!We saw so much wildlife! But the most important aspect was how quiet and peaceful it was. This is a true gem and we will be returning again.

A little slice of Heaven Very peaceful and quite So cozy for a couple The cottage had lots of character We loved being so close to the water. The hot tub facing the sunset was just so perfect Great place Great price Enjoyed being there. We plan to go back next year

The booking was fast and easy. When we got there the place was very clean and organized. I would totally recommend this location to friends and loved ones. We had a wonderful time there. The whole experience was great from booking to leaving.

This place is truly a little gem! We had an amazing stay and already hope to come back.The sunsets were absolutely beautiful, and being able to watch them from our own private spot made the experience even more special. We took full advantage of everything the property had to offer—we rode the beach cruisers, canoed, and paddle boarded out to the sandbar, where we explored and fished. That was by far our favorite activity and such a unique experience! We also loved walking along the beach and seeing so many different sea creatures.The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The house was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

The location & view were everything and we quite satisfied w that. On the flip side these were our observations-*Flower beds sadly overgrown and whole yard needs a good trim. *Brick path to hot tub needs attention, or just removed*Window unit in sunroom completely rusted & unusable. Should be removed before someone gets hurt. *Long hairs inside refrigerator and freezer*Internet connection was unstable so Roku reception was intermittent *Fireplace unit in sunroom interferes with the view and makes the room too crowded. Should be moved or removed since it's all about the view from that room. *Take an UMBRELLA or Canopy so you'll have shade!!! None are provided.

Thank you so much for all your construction criticism. We greatly appreciated it. The room that faces the water had a serious slant and a soft spot that had to be repaired so that’s where a large portion of our funds went this year for the Beach cottage last year at the end of the year we did the mini splits. I just replaced all the linen and all the towels at the beginning of the season this year October we have scheduled to move the breaker box inside the house and replace the light fixture in the kitchen in the middle bedroom. It has proven you’re impossible to find somebody out there to do landscaping so unfortunately, I’ve been having to do it all by myself. I’m definitely tearing a lot of stuff out at the end of the summer and redoing the flower beds. Hopefully you come back again soon to see our improvements.

The inside of the cottage and decor are beautiful, I especially loved the two bedrooms. We had problem with cell signals and internet connection there when we first arrived, but we worked around it. Didn’t get a sunset on first evening due to cloudy sky but we did enjoyed a great one the next day. The yard probably could do some tending, our dog enjoyed sniffing around but he got unlucky with some sandspurs. Lovely space to hang out both inside and outside. I got to see some stingrays as well when I went down to the waters.

An amazing sunset view overlooking Ches Bay from family room OR if you prefer, simply walk a few steps outside and down a few stairs to the private beach to enjoy with nature. And, before the sun sets, enjoy the same from morning through evening. Beautiful, peaceful, charming, and relaxing.

You can’t say enough about the location! Beautiful sunsets and moonsets. Perfect size for two adults. The interior was sparkling clean, kitchen was adequately stocked, comfortable beds, sofas and chairs. The neighbors on both sides helped us find great restaurants and craft beverages.
