Unwind in Colorado City at this lovely house. With three comfortable bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, guests find plenty of space to rest. The two bathrooms include both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for refreshing mornings or relaxing evenings. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the home. Whether you’re getting ready for the day or winding down, thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and iron make your stay easy. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Colorado City and our beautiful house has to offer.
5 Acres allows for plenty of parking for trucks. Big porch for grilling dinner. Big rooms so you won't be crowded.
6 Miles to AI plant, 3 miles from the highway. Families will be able to relax without stress of noise.
Entire house has been remodeled and updated. All new beds and mattresses. TVs in each room, including the primary bathroom :) For reservations longer than 14 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks at a cost of $130 per cleaning.
