The house was well taken care of and clean, we spent a week working there and everything was very smooth. The property is exceptionally clean, well equipped and taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had coffee maker and a chemex with filters, and a bag of pre-ground coffee. One note is that the owner was in an in-law apartment in the basement. The owner has her own entrance and did not disrupt our stay in any way. The laundry is in a basement shared space and access to the space had to be requested. There is also an amazing tuxedo cat that came to visit if we sat outside on the deck, in general this was a great apartment and we had a great stay.
