Within walking distance to everything in Boyne City, this home is a perfect location. In a quiet setting, enjoy both the inside and outside of this cottage. The backyard of the home has a large, professionally landscaped garden with seating, firepit and gas grill. As you enter through the transom and leaded glass doors, you are in an open, living/dining area in a vintage kitchen that has been retrofitted with modern updates for a wonderful and complete cooking experience. Large, flatscreen tv to enjoy while cooking, enjoying a glass of wine or reading to the grands. There is a front room with windows overlooking lake and gardens. Tin 10' high ceilings, hardwood floors, central air throughout this cottage. Two bedrooms on the first floor while a winding staircase rises to a magical land depicting Boyne City.
