Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Adjust the thermostat to 78 degrees Fahrenheit before leaving.
Ensure all dishes are washed and put away at check out.
We ask that no more than one load of used towels be left at check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
