This spacious 115 m² apartment, newly built in 2021 and featuring a balcony, can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is modern and fully equipped, ensuring you a comfortable holiday. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a kettle, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine (with plenty of capsules provided on the day of arrival), a selection of teas, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

All bedrooms are equipped with double beds and flat-screen TVs. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living/dining area, which also features a flat-screen TV.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a hair dryer.

On warm summer evenings, you can also relax on the balcony and enjoy the view of the Sauerland mountains and the bobsleigh track.

Pets are welcome.

Haus Brilliant features 10 holiday apartments spread across 3 floors and stands out for its quiet yet central location. There’s a direct connection in the hallway to our Haus Diamant, which houses an additional 13 apartments. Larger groups of up to 119 people can be accommodated centrally across both buildings.

The entrance to the Winterberg ski lift network is about 700 metres away (P1 Bremberg).

The Kahler Asten is only 6 km away.

The nearby town centre and the Kappe adventure mountain are both easily accessible on foot in about 10 minutes.

In the town centre, you’ll find various supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants, as well as numerous shopping options.

You can safely store your bicycles and skis in our bike storage room (located in the building’s basement—accessible only via stairs).
A washing machine is available in our laundry room (Haus Diamant), which you can use free of charge.

Thanks to its location close to nature, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families—with or without dogs.

Motorcyclists are also welcome and will find well-maintained routes throughout the Sauerland region.
