The detached villa is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Outdoor kitchen.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. These are two separate units, with two separate entrances. In the garden there is a beautiful summer kitchen with a great barbecue. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.
