A quiet residential complex above the spa park: The apartments in this beautiful complex range from 44 to 58 m² and are tastefully furnished to accommodate 3 to 4 people. You’ll be staying here on a quiet cul-de-sac; some units feature a terrace, balcony, or French balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

A parking space is, of course, reserved for you at the building.

The beach is just 800 metres away, accessible via the idyllic spa park with its small wooden bridges. Bakeries and the town centre are a 10–15-minute walk away. Here you’ll find many chic shops, good restaurants, and cosy bars.

Have you met Bonnie & Clyde yet? These two adorable otters welcome you at SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand, along with many other sea creatures, and you’ll learn fascinating facts about the underwater world.

At Rosenhain, you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest, not far from the Baltic Sea and the town centre.

Am Rosenhain 7, Apartment 6:

This 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the ground floor, measures 50 m², and accommodates 4 people.

The combined living and kitchen area features a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space.
The west-facing balcony opens off this area.

The open kitchen area features an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, and much more.
The dining table connects these two areas.

In the first bedroom, which also has access to the balcony, there is a double bed (2x80x200 cm) available.
The second room, with its bunk bed (each 90x200 cm), is perfect as a children’s room.
A cot is included and available for use here.

The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, features a shower and a washing machine.

The living and kitchen areas have been equipped with insect screens for your comfort.

From May 1 to 15.09.2026, a free 3-person beach chair is available to you on the beach at the property owner’s location, Bade 2.
You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the basement.

A parking space at the house is reserved for you.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
