Mtn Resort Getaway - 4 Bed, 3 Bath - Lake with Kayaks , Golf, Pools, Pickleball

Bring the whole crew & enjoy a resort-style Mtn getaway! Spacious 4 bed, 3 bath retreat with bonus pull-out couch. Perfect for families, friend groups, reunions, & golf or lake weekends. Enjoy the private hot tub, double decks, game room with arcade & guests have access to Bent Tree’s outstanding amenities, including Lake, golf, pools, tennis, pickleball, hiking trails, clubhouse dining, & more. Two kayaks are included for guest use and are stored at the lake for easy access during your stay.
The space has an open living room with gas fireplace and flows to the large dining area and well stocked kitchen with a gas stove. There are 2 sets of sliding glass doors that lead to the upper deck with the hot tub. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 2nd gas fireplace, doors to a covered deck, and a full bathroom with a tiled shower and soaking tub. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this level with king beds and another full bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs you will find the very large bonus room with a tv area, game table, arcade machine, and doors to the lower deck. There is a pull out couch that is a queen size. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level and has a queen bed and a bunk that is queen on the bottom and XL full up. There is another a 3rd full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a garage that can be used to park one car in. All bedrooms have black out curtains and high end bedding.
There are a few amenities that do require additional fees, while most you have access to as my guest, such as access to the 2 pools (open from Labor Day to Memorial Day), the hiking trails, the lake, usage of the 2 kayaks I provide, the beach, the playgrounds, the clubhouse, the restaurant, gardens, the dog park, the library, etc.
Here are the two that do require a fee:
*Pickleball & Tennis: guests must register (Pickleball is $15 indoor/$10 outdoor & Tennis is $25 indoor/$18 outdoor) for a max 2 hour round.
*Golf: Guests pay $85 plus tax for a full round (18 holes) of golf. You can also pay $42.50 plus tax for 9 holes. Both amounts include golf cart fees.
