Beach House - AK 33f

The house by the sea is the end unit of a charming thatched-roof complex, built in the typical Frisian style with separate living quarters. This spacious section of the house covers approximately 90 m² and can accommodate 2 to 6 people—ideal for families or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the North Sea, and dogs are welcome, too.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with separate living and dining areas, creating a cosy atmosphere. The adjoining kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, and other practical appliances. From the hallway, you can easily access an additional guest bathroom.

A special highlight are the two furnished outdoor terraces, which face both southeast and southwest. Here, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast or wind down the day with a glass of wine in your own beach chair.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds—as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the attic, an open-concept gabled room with a loft-style layout and two additional single beds invites you to linger.

Bed linens and towels can be booked as an optional extra upon request.

Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Die Gartenmöbel und die Couch müssten einmal ersetzt werden. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen, immer und zu jeder Zeit guten Kontakt zur Vermietung gehabt. Alles hat Reibungslos funktioniert.Nordstrand ist im September ein ruhiger und zum Entspannen sehr guter Urlaubsort. Husum ist sehr zu Empfehlen. Ausflüge auf die Inseln und Halligen sind sehr schön.

Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber. Das liegt sicher unter anderem auch an den Gästen, die die Ferienwohnung nicht sauber hinterlassen. Der Herd und die Kücheneinrichtung war daher etwas klebrig. Teilweise könnte Inventar auch mal erneut werden. Das Licht an der Dunstabzugshaube könnte nicht eingeschaltet werden, da der Schalter fehlte. Die Abdeckung vom Licht war zerbrochen und mit Tesafilm geflickt. Die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine sind extrem laut. Da die Küche keine Tür hat, war das teilweise etwas unangenehm. Mehrere Glühbirnen waren kaputt es gab auch keinen Ersatz. Die Batterien von der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers waren ausgelaufen. Der Fernseher konnte dadurch nicht genutzt werden. Das Sofa ist schon sehr zerfleddert. Wenn man sich darauf setzt, bleiben Fetzen des Bezuges an der Kleidung hängen. Hier sollte mal öfter jemand nach dem Rechten sehen. Ansonsten gefiel mir die Lage und die Nähe zum Bäcker und zum Anleger sehr gut.Auf den Fotos wirkt die Wohnung deutlich größer. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Haus

Die technische Ausrüstung ist sehr „in die Jahre“ gekommen. Geputzt war nur oberflächlich und 2 Staubsauger waren rappelvoll gesaugt.
