House at the Kurhaus 9 - AK 9

The house at Am Kurhaus 9 comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people. On the upper floor, there are two cosy bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, is also located on this floor.

The living area is located on the ground floor. The spacious living room invites you to relax with a separate sitting and dining area, as well as a TV and radio. From here, you can access the furnished south-facing terrace with a beach chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a fully outfitted built-in kitchen and a microwave. An additional guest bathroom with a washing machine is conveniently accessible from the hallway.

A private parking space is available directly on the property for your car. The garden was fenced in around March 2025 to make it child- and dog-friendly. From the terrace, you can access a lockable bike shed where bicycles can be securely stored and charged. The Nordstrand Health and Wellness Centre and the Nordstrand Spa Centre are just a few metres away.

Bed linens and towels can be booked as an optional extra upon request.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
