The host was very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and nearby to beaches and restaurants. The home is lovely, but could use a little bit of extra cleaning and updating with a grill and perhaps some beach equipment that was functioning. There is a nice picnic table in the front lawn, but not much else to do with it. Some areas of the home had obvious dust/ dirt on them and the shower curtain liners were yellowish brown.Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable as we had read in previous reviews.

Thank you for your feedback. Our home is a well-maintained 1930s Cape Cod cottage located in a historic area. The home is thoroughly cleaned between every stay, and all essential features are maintained and functional. Standard hotel-style shampoo is provided for each guest. We were unaware of any issue with the beach umbrella, as guests use and return the complimentary beach equipment themselves. Our turnaround time is primarily focused on thoroughly cleaning and preparing the home, so individual beach items may not be inspected unless an issue is reported. We will inspect the umbrella and address any necessary issues. Regarding the grill, our listing clearly states that a grill is not provided. We stand behind the cleanliness and condition of our home while appreciating constructive feedback.
