ALL UTILITIES included PLUS, bi-monthly CLEANING SERVICE. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, chef’s kitchen, fireplaces, backyard office, vaulted ceilings, limestone patio with gas fireplace, outdoor shower, detached office, fenced yard, and modern luxuries. Pet-friendly midterm rental. 30 day minimum term.

Possible arrangements may be made to exchange 1 of the full size bed rooms with 2 twins with longer stay. Crib available upon request. Dog allowed with non-refundable $350 pet fee.
