Cozy vacation home in southern Rheinhessen

Welcome to our holiday home in the small wine-growing village of Hohen-Sülzen, which is surrounded by picturesque vineyards. This makes it the ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours through the beautiful regions of Rheinhessen and the Palatinate—for example, to Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Kallstadt, Freinsheim, or Bad Dürkheim. Alternatively, it’s the perfect base for exploring cities such as Mainz, Heidelberg, Mannheim, or Worms. The German Wine Route begins right in the neighbouring village of Bockenheim, where you can enjoy culinary delights, picturesque towns, or wine-tasting hikes along its trails.
The house has its own entrance and is located in our cosy courtyard. You can wind down a lovely day on the small terrace. The house itself features an open-concept living and dining area with a dining table, comfortable armchairs, an internet-enabled smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an oven, an induction stove, a kettle, a French press coffee maker, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil, hand soap, dish soap, a dish sponge, tea towels, and guest towels. A vacuum cleaner is also available for your use.
The bedroom upstairs features high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The 1.60-meter-wide double bed will be freshly made for you. The light-filled bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and an iron. Freshly laundered towels round out the amenities.
